Day 2
I have been gearing to draw a tree for a couple of years (since a weirwood tree would add depth and be desirable). I was going to paint about five other trees, and attempted a lame drawing on a piece of wood. Yesterday, I started this one because I decided that landscapes are my weakness.
Finding a good picture of The Tree of Life is pretty difficult, due to lack of detail, but luckily, my friend on FB took a great one. I’m attempting to do the “color before sky or branch outline” that’s popular in some areas.
Finished and framed!
It is super textured with lots of oil.
