Here’s how I started without a paint brush. I used my hand and then my own hair taped on a toothpick.
The tree below was painted by Sophie! A seven year old that has private art lessons came in the gallery and I asked her if she wanted to try out painting on my canvas! She did so well making good decisions. I was so impressed that she chose the tree and painted the trunk at an angle that balanced the picture better. Then, her family bought a large canvas print of a wolf that I painted. Thank you!!
This is after my husband got me a paint brush. I hope to finish and frame this by Friday noon!
I’m so happy that I am getting better at drawing. Nothing has mattered to me more. Drawing my friends is so easy and fun. Now to add color!
